Chambers of commerce, business associations and other public organizations, event agencies, etc may act as marketing spots. 

Proposals of the marketing sport regarding work with training and consulting products may be addressed both to all members of the KDC network or to some limited circle of persons.

Offers to work with products of the network members are determined by the marketing platform themselves.

Relationships between the owners of marketing spots and the owners of products are built on bilateral contracts.

At the first stages of development, the KDK network does not set requirements for marketing spots, delegating setting terms of references at the level of a bilateral contract.

In the first stages, the Coordination Board of the network collects information on problems arising among trainers, consultants and marketing spots, and based on this experience, develops a standard contract between the marketing spot and the owner of the product.

In the future, the KDK network plans to implement certification of marketing spots on the same basis as for the safety of food products and training and consulting products (development of qualification requirements, independent audit, certification).

The owners of products build their relations with the marketing spots independently on a bilateral contracts. Facing disputes and conflicts, the parties of bilateral contracts may inform the Coordination Board, the Ethics Committee and other units of the network and spread information in social networks operating in the trainers' network KDK.

The activity of the arbitration structure or other dispute resolution formats are not used at the first stages of the development of the KDC network. However, if necessary, such structures can be formed at the initiative of members or marketing spots of the network.
