Choosing a learning community is an important decision, and we are honored that you are considering Kaleidoscope Learning Collective.
There is no single way to begin here. Some families are ready to choose an experience and enroll, while others want to visit, ask questions, or spend some time getting to know Kaleidoscope first. Wherever your family is starting, we want the process to feel welcoming, personal, and unhurried.
Because relationships are at the heart of what we do, we want to learn a little about your learner and what your family is looking for, while giving you the opportunity to decide whether Kaleidoscope feels like the right fit for you.
If you already know which Kaleidoscope experience feels right for your learner, you can begin the enrollment process. We'll collect the information we need, help you complete any required forms, and make sure you're ready for your learner's first day.
Sometimes the best way to know whether Kaleidoscope feels right is simply to experience it. Families are welcome to schedule a visit, and prospective learners may request a complimentary trial experience before making an enrollment commitment.
You don't have to figure everything out before reaching out. If you have questions, want help choosing an experience, or would simply like to tell us a little about your learner and what you're looking for, we're happy to start with a conversation.
Before your learner begins at Kaleidoscope, we'll make sure we have the information and permissions needed to support them safely and thoughtfully. We'll guide you through the process, so you don't need to have everything figured out before getting started.
Complete Enrollment Forms
We'll collect basic family and learner information, including interests, strengths, support needs, and anything else you'd like us to know.
Share Health & Safety Information
You'll provide emergency contacts, relevant medical information and allergies, and other details that will help us safely support your learner.
Complete Permissions & Waivers
Depending on the experiences your learner participates in, we'll make sure the appropriate permissions, liability waivers, and media preferences are in place.
Review Tuition & Payment
We'll confirm your selected experience, tuition or fees, and payment method, including Arizona ESA/ClassWallet information when applicable.
Prepare for the First Day
Once everything is complete, we'll make sure you know what to expect and have the information you need for your learner's first Kaleidoscope experience.
Sometimes the best way to know whether Kaleidoscope feels right is simply to spend some time here.
Prospective learners and their families are welcome to schedule a visit to meet us, explore the learning environment, ask questions, and get a feel for our community. Learners may also request a complimentary trial experience before making an enrollment commitment.
A trial experience gives your learner an opportunity to participate alongside us, meet other learners, interact with our animals, explore the property, and experience the kind of hands-on, relationship-centered learning that happens at Kaleidoscope. There are no tests or expectations to perform. It is simply a chance for all of us to get to know one another and see whether Kaleidoscope feels like a good fit.
If you decide you'd like to continue afterward, we'll help you choose the experience or combination of experiences that makes the most sense for your learner and family.
Once you are ready to participate, we'll help make sure the forms, payment information, and other details needed for your particular experience are in place.
Families participating in ongoing programs will complete our enrollment forms before beginning. These help us learn about your learner's interests, strengths, communication and support needs, emergency information, permissions, and anything else that will help us create a safe and supportive experience.
Short-term Labs, workshops, special events, and Community Experiences may use a simpler registration process depending on the offering.
Pricing depends on the type of experience you choose. Recurring programs offer single-experience and monthly options, while Labs, workshops, special events, and Community Experiences are priced individually.
Visit our Tuition & Pricing page for current rates, payment information, and additional details.
Kaleidoscope is an approved ClassWallet vendor for Arizona ESA families. ESA funds may be used for eligible educational services and experiences in accordance with current program requirements.

If you’ve found an ongoing Kaleidoscope experience that feels like the right fit, getting started is simple.
1. COMPLETE THE ENROLLMENT FORM
Tell us about your learner, their interests and strengths, any support needs we should know about, and the Kaleidoscope experience you are interested in.
2. WE’LL CONNECT WITH YOU
Once we receive your form, we’ll review the information and reach out to confirm availability, answer any remaining questions, and make sure we have everything needed before your learner begins.
3. WELCOME TO KALEIDOSCOPE!
Once enrollment forms, required permissions, and payment arrangements are complete, we’ll send the details you need for your learner’s first experience with us.
That’s completely okay. You can still be part of what is happening at Kaleidoscope without committing to an ongoing program. Join our Interest List to hear about upcoming Labs, workshops, Community Experiences, special events, and other opportunities to explore Kaleidoscope as they are added.
