net neutrality: the principle that all internet traffic should be treated equally
Stake holders:
internet service providers (ISPs): companies that provide and maintain network/internet infrastructure and control traffic flows
internet users: anyone who uses the internet. From students to teachers to small business owners. These can also be represented by consumer protection groups of NGOs
government agencies: regulators in the government may set rules about how internet traffic can be managed, thus checking the power of ISPs
big tech platforms: streaming platforms rely on their content being delivered at high speeds at any time
