Meta-Atom File Format

The file format of meta-atoms has four, separated by a space, elements in the following order:

The structure specification in nancy linear form.
The name of the structure. This is how the structure is going to be stored in CMLStructures.
The meta atom name to be used to replace the structure
The type of meta-atom
