Upon the first time the user logs in, an account is set up. This involves inputting some information. The first window with the username, email, authorization type, type of user an UID, has the information already filled in. The next tab requires some additional information
In this window some information is asked for about the user. It is intended that this information is public information about the user. This information will only be used (if at all) within the system (for example, if shared with other users). In order to go to the last tab, to actually activate the account, all information must be given. Please take some time to fill in this information accurately.
When all the information has been given in the previous windows, the 'Create User Account' button will be activated. It is not activated until all the fields, especially in the second tab window, have some content. Upon pressing this button, the account will be created. When created, the follwing windo appears:
