Dataset Collection Interface

The Dataset Collection interface has three tabs:

Visualize: This is to visualize the set of fundamental data dataset that are referenced in this collection.
Create: If a new collection is to be created, with default fundamental data dataset names
Modify: If one of fundamental datasets reference is to be changed. This creates a new collection with a new name.

Visualize

With this interface, an existing dataset collection can be visualized.

In the window there is the corresponding title of the dataset collection along with the name and maintainer.

After is listed each of the references, given by the fundamental dataset component name and the version.

To create a new dataset collection, the essential information is provided:

Dataset Collection name: This is a unique (for the particular maintainer) name that is used when this collection is to be referenced.
Maintainer: The user that maintainer the collection (the login)
Title: This is the title of the collection. This should give a short (one line) description of the data within this colection.
Description: This is a longer exposition of the dataset.
Dataset name: When the collection is created, this will be used for all the fundamental dataset names.
Version: this is the version that is to be used for all datasets

This is the interface to use if the reference to one of the fundamental data datasets is to be made:

New name: With the change of fundamental dataset, a new collection set is formed with a new name.
Maintainer: The maintainer is the user
New Title: Give some indication what type of change
Which dataset: A pull-down menu of which fundamental data dataset should be changed.
