Career Preparation

For imparting the basic knowledge and the skills, the sessions on ‘Career Preparation’ will be helpful. The sessions could be on some needed topics and for a specific period of time, based on some feedback or assessment with the participants. The sessions shall be livelier by interaction with participants, brainstorming activities, and use of audio-visuals. The time duration that would be required for the sessions shall be 1.5 hours/ month (recommended) or so, based on the need, and some home tasks associated with it. Or else it could be a one-time session of about 1.5 hours and the other needed topics could be accessed through online blogs or distant learning.  

The training for the facilitators shall be at different frequencies, like monthly once- six months once, based on availability and need. Continuous guidance and support to the facilitators shall be provided- online and by phone, for the content or activities to make it more interesting and approachable.
