Child Leadership Development

Sessions on ‘Children Leadership Development’ will be helpful for imbibing leadership skills and being beneficial to others. It transforms the self and helps to impact others positively. The sessions could be on any topics needed throughout the year, based on feedback or assessment from the participants. The sessions shall be livelier by interaction with participants, brainstorming activities, and use of audio-visuals. The time duration required for the sessions shall be 1 hour/ week (recommended) / fortnight or so, based on the need, and some associated home tasks.  

The training for the facilitators shall be at different frequencies like monthly once- six months once, based on the availability and need. Continuous guidance and support to the facilitators shall be provided- online and by phone, for the content or activities to make it more interesting and approachable.
