WORK PLAN

For the participants to enhance their literary skills and comprehension in a subject, sessions on ‘Foundational skills’ will be supportive. Foundational skills help in continuous learning by gaining the necessary knowledge, understanding, and application. The sessions could be on any topics needed throughout the year, based on feedback or assessment from the participants. The sessions shall be livelier by interaction with participants, brainstorming activities, and use of audio-visuals. The time duration required for the sessions shall be at least 30 minutes/ week (recommended)/ fortnight or so, based on the need and some associated home tasks. 

The training for the teacher trainers or heads of the institutions shall be at different frequencies, like three months once- six months once, based on the availability and need. Continuous guidance and support to the trainers or heads shall be provided- online and by phone for the content or activities to make them more interesting and approachable.
