Most people do work for something or for someone. But few people are extraordinarily well and there are few people who are just filling the place and just repeat the tasks that are given. It is difficult for an employer to analyze the skill set of the employees that are actually needed for the role with just an interview. Also, the employee may not be aware of the skill set that is required for the role, analyzing whether they can perform well in the role without having the skills they are supposed to have.
WORK PLAN

Continuous guidance and support to the institution, organization, or individuals shall be provided- offline, online, and by phone, for the activities to be carried out further through periodic evaluations and suggestions for betterment.
