Panoramic Booklet - Smart Filters and Filter Gallery
Original Photo
Filtered Image
This week we learned how to create panoramic booklets. I decided to do so with a museum I attended a little over a year ago on my mission. This red circular art piece I feel would make a wonderful picture for a page in the booklet.
I used a path blur on the background to give some extra motion to the image.
I used 4 filter gallery's depicted in a tutorial that was provided by our class.
I used camera raw and an oil paint filter to finish the design.
Contrast: I decided to keep the red of the art piece and therefore had a bit of lighter colors and white space to help juxtapose it.
Repetition: I used similar columns and colors throughout the piece. I chose one font for this piece as it is supposed to be purely informational.
Alignment: I left aligned all the text and enlarged the title text.
Proximity: I kept everything relatively close. Paragraphs have a space in-between from each other. The photo's caption is grouped to the image with an arrow.
Color choice: I kept the original colors and made the title color a darker red to match the photo.
The infographic has a two column lead photo.
Font: Calibri
