3. Apply for the fleet.
Read our rules then proceed with the steps above. After you've completed those steps, join us in chat! From there, you can join voice, party launch into the 'verse, and participate in general group activities. After you have done that for a few weeks, you can become a Cloud 9 Citizen. At that point, you will have officially fulfilled the initial prerequisites to joining the fleet.
After you become a citizen, we will help guide you through the next steps in the onboarding process, which will include orientation, joining Phoenix for initial training, transferring to the Runners to practice, then transferring to Euphoria, the first crew in the first fleet! After some time in that crew, you can join or form another crew!
