Cloud 9 is both a Star Citizen organization and a framework consisting of networks of orgs and external groups. Our members are currently in the Cloud 9 org, which is where we're giving priority focus to forming crews and the early stages of fleet developments. After we make progress there, we will proceed with developing our other orgs and external groups.
