God Speaks about Wisdom
36 Who endowed the heart with wisdom
or gave understanding to the mind ?
37 Who has the wisdom to count the clouds?
Who can tip over the water jars of the heavens?
When bad things happen to good people, I pray for them...But most often God does not seem to answer my prayers immediately, when I think they need to be answered...Instead He waits...Maybe He is testing my patience...Maybe He tests each of our patience in our trials and further tests our patience in His seemingly slow to act on our prayers for help...
In the Book of Job, we can see His power over the evil one, but it is difficult to see all the tragedies and sufferings of Job has made him actually better...Maybe the answer to suffering and tragedies lies in the wisdoms of heaven, where a water jar can be tipped over and rain then happens on earth...The answer lies in the One who has the wisdom to count the clouds...
