- Describe the meaning of "quality world" in the context of the Choice Theory
- Explain the meaning of the most significant words in connection with the ten characteristics of the quality world
- Recognise one's quality world in connection with its values, beliefs, learning and knowledge,
- Establish a connection between one's basic needs and the images of its quality world.

- Evaluate and describe your QWP, how you developed them, and how they relate to the strength of your needs.
- Describe any QWP that you have changed in your life, what experiences or learnings impacted your decision to change. Evaluate the effectiveness of your new or old QWP’s in regards to how you satisfy your needs.
- Discuss your opinion as to whether QWP have different levels of importance.
- If I had one QWP that I could update to better manage my present experience in life, what would that new picture be.
