If I miss a lesson I will catch up the lesson if possible or deduct the lesson fee from the next invoice.

Adults: if you miss a lesson without letting me know you will be absent then you will still be charged for the lesson.

Parents: If your child misses a lesson due to illness, please call or text me to let me know ASAP otherwise you may still be charged for the lesson.

If you need to rearrange your child's lesson for good reason (e.g. dentist appointment, hospital appointment etc.) please contact me at least a week before so that I can try to rearrange the lesson or you may still be charged for the lesson.
