The pieces on this page are EXERCISES for your fingers and your BRAIN! If you want to play notes that are higher or lower than where your fingers are, then you will need to move your hand. These exercises practise just that. That's why you have to squeeze your fingers together at some notes and then stretch your fingers at others. Have a go and see how you can move across the keys!

Remember to hear the silence during a rest - this means taking your finger right off the key (so the hammer goes back to touching the string which stops it vibrating)
