Indigenous Perspectives Conference

We appreciate your interest in our annual conference. This is now an officially public event hosted by Red Deer Polytechnic, dedicated to educating about Indigenous histories, perspectives, and cultures. Our commitment is rooted in the pursuit of reconciliation and a lifelong dedication to learning.

This year's conference will take place on February 1st and 2nd, 2024.

What Are We?

We organize a two-day conference at the Red Deer Polytechnic campus each year. We aim to provide events and learning opportunities for individuals interested in expanding their Foundational Knowledge. While our focus is on professional development in education for both active and pre-service teachers, we warmly welcome participants from all backgrounds and interests!
