Thailand has is a very diverse region, with some parts having hotter temperatures while other share the cold. Thailand also has alot of water ways, which I why I believe that agriculture plays such a big part in their economy. Around 16% percent

Provide examples of humans modifying their environment for their needs and apply the theory of possibilism. 

• In many parts of Thailand, particularly in the northern regions with mountainous terrain, people have constructed terraced fields for rice cultivation. The rugged landscape might pose challenges, but through terracing, irrigation systems, and appropriate farming techniques, farmers maximize arable land for rice cultivation. 

• Bangkok, being prone to flooding due to its location and topography, has seen extensive human modifications. The city has constructed a complex network of drainage canals, flood barriers, and embankments to mitigate flooding and protect urban areas. These engineering solutions demonstrate humans adapting to and modifying the environment to ensure urban functionality.
