Coach Registration/Duties 

As a coach for the I-LYA Junior Championships, you have the following duties:

1. Be sure your team completes the signups for all listed items: Team Duties

2. Signup as a Regatta Coach by 7/2 so that we know you are coming, how to contact you, and which course(s) you will be on.

3. Read the Coach Guidelines and the Safety Guidelines 

4. Order Your Meal Plan by 7/2: 

Due to Restricted Access to the Jr Champs venues, Coaches are expected to attend all meals. The full meal plan is $145 for breakfast (M-TH), lunch (M-TH) and dinner (Sun - Wed, excluding Tuesday Night). This includes the Ice Breaker and Awards Dinner. Meal ticket reservations must be made in advance online by 7/2. Payment may be paid with a credit card online or by check at registration Sunday.

• Meal Plan Order by Check (payable to I-LYA 2025): Place your order here by 7/2. Pay by check in person on Sunday at registration between 12p-4p.

5. Check In at Registration 12-4p on Sunday at PIBYC and:

• • Pick Up your Meal Plan Wristband (must have been ordered by 7/2)

  • Pick up your Coach Flag (bring a check or cash deposit of $20 which will be returned to you when the flag is returned to us at PIBYC on the last day by 4:00 p.m.)

6. Review the Official Junior Championships Schedule , Official Event Registration Page (NOR, Sailing Instructions), Icebreaker Guidelines

7. Review the Safety Manual

8. Safety Boat Check List
