The sailor / team is responsible to print out the appropriate checklist, complete it and when on the PIBYC yard, have it executed (signed) by an authorized inspection representative. The form must be completed in its entirety before check in for a wristband. The Laser (ILCA), C420 and Thistle printable checklist(s) include the required Code of Conduct to be reviewed, understood and executed (signed) by each competitor and their parent(s)/guardian.
