Evolving from the idea of how to do more with what we are presently doing, the Corn Meal Project was conceived. (For those who remember; Some years ago, we had grown and processed 'popcorn' with like intent but found this product overall not viable.)
Make fresh cornmeal to be provided for distribution to local neighbors in need, from select dent corn as now grown in the IHartHarvest Inc., Sustainability Project.
Begin sampling, utilizing lower cost equipment and staging, to initially produce enough end product, to reveal over a time period, any desire for use of this fresh food ingredient by clients via the Helping Harvest Food Bank Distribution Network. (More will follow)
