Established on 14th February 2017, Institute of Engineering & Management Alumni Association creates and maintains a life-long connection between the Institute and its Alumni. In collaboration with extremely dedicated volunteers, the Alumni Association works to connect alumni, support students and build an unforgettable experience through a diversity of events, programming and services. IEM believes that one of the fundamental pillars of its strength is the Alumni NetworkInstitute of Engineering & Management Alumni Association creates bonding between the Alumni and students in terms of giving, volunteering, and advocacy which is vital to sustaining and growing the standards of the Institute. By facilitating relationships between students and alumni during various events, a deep connection is created between students, alumni and the Institute itself.The mission of the Association is to foster strong bonds between alumni, students and the Institute, to keep alumni informed, and create a network enabling them to remain engaged with their alma mater and help shape it's future through the Association's programmes and services. Furthermore, the IEM Alumni Association gives its alumni access to a vast network of professionals and offers endless opportunities to connect, build relationships, participate and continue to learn from the IEM Alumni community.The IEMAS is for all IEM alumni who seek personal, professional and intellectual opportunities, because the IEM advantage continues beyond the college premises.The IEMAS is a membership organization comprising more than 1800 alumni of IEM. Looking back at the 2 years that I spent in Management, there are so many memories that come as my flashback. I had the pleasure of completing my Post graduation from IEM under the guidance of highly efficient Professors and Management.
From the first day itself the institute has surprised me with such a phenomenal step by step learning process. Management course is not just a process of earning a Master’s degree. It is a period which defines your life. You enter a college as a confused graduate and a right Institute serves the very purpose of moulding you up in each and every respect and IEM does a very good job is doing so.

When I first entered IEM, MBA Dept, I was anxious about my future. Over the 2 years, so many doors were opened for our personal and academic development that I became confident. The college aims at enhancing our knowledge, skills and abilities. It, in fact, didn’t leave the attitude part behind as well. These years at IEM are the best years concerning learning, experience and gaining exposure to fields relevant to my discipline, all due to my faculty member. At last, thanks to the college and Training & Placement Department for their continuous efforts in getting me placed in top Private Bank. This endeavor will lead our college & MBA Department to incredible heights.
