Program Outcome (PO)


PO1. Problem Analysis: Identify, formulate, research literature, and analyse managerial problems reaching substantiated conclusion using principles of Mathematics, techniques of Finance, and Modern Management subjects.


PO2. Modern Tool Usage: Create, Select and apply appropriate techniques, resources, and modern management and IT tools including prediction and modelling to complex managerial activities with an understanding of limitations. 


PO3. Communication: Communicate effectively on complex managerial activities with the organizational community and with the society at large, such as being able to comprehend and write effective reports, make effective presentation, and give and receive clear instruction.


PO4. Ethics: Apply ethical principles and commit to professional ethics and responsibilities and norms of the management practice. 


PO5. Project Management and Finance: Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of the financial and management principles and the apply these to one’s work, as a member and leader in a team, to manage projects in multidisciplinary environment. 


PO6. The Manager and  society: Apply reasoning informed by the contextual knowledge to assess societal, health, legal, cultural and community issues and the consequent responsibility relevant to the professional management practice.


PO7. Individual and Team Work: Function effectively as an individual, and as a member or leader in diverse streams, and in multidisciplinary settings.


PO8. Lifelong Learning: Recognize the need for, and have the preparation and ability to engage in, independent and lifelong learning in the broadest context of technological change.


PO9. Creative Business Solution: Analyzing, diagnosing and prescribing creative solutions to solve real life business problems and situations.



Program Educational Objective (PEO)

PEO1. To provide students with outcome based education in different management subjects to understand real life managerial situations and to handle different challenges in the present global scenario.

PEO2. To educate students to enable them to acquire proficiency, a sense of professionalism, integrity and team spirit to work in diverse professional environments in becoming successful professional manager.

PEO3. To provide our students with a state-of-the-art learning environment and industry-academia collaboration so as to develop managerial and entrepreneurship qualities.

PEO4. To create conducive environment for motivating research activity in specialized areas and consultancy work.
