Being located in the Bible Belt, Iredell County is home to dozens of churches, many of which have their own records. Church records can include baptisms, marriages, and cemetery records. It can be very interesting learning about the churches in the county and sometimes you can come across ancestors who attended. Cemeteries can also hold a lot of vital genealogical information.
