Business and Industry
Online Resources
Small town business drove Iredell County's economy, especially in the post-war era. Factories were common and the workforce was strong. The library has many business files in the vertical local history files and many images have been digitized and are available on the Flickr page. The Board of Commissioners have also played a role in the expansion of local businesses and the minutes of meetings since 1982 are available to view online.
