I got these noodles in Phetchaburi; they are probably available everywhere. But I didn't know what they looked like raw. When cooked, they turn into rolls, and I was a little curious.
I paid 35 baht for a big bag, 1 kg, so now I have noodles that will last me a while. I also got instructions on how to cook them, and it doesn't take much effort.
This is what the noodles look like after they have been cooked and left in hot water for a few minutes.
Together with tofu that I cooked in my AirFryer and Chinese kale "ผักลันสุง" and some other vegetables, it turned out really good!
I didn't have to starve today either.
