My coffee machine, a Nespresso Pixie, fell victim to the Coffee Machine Apocalypse and crossed the Rainbow Bridge of coffee machines to eternal rest. It has provided, which is perhaps the wrong expression, but at least ensured that I have had good and fine coffee for 7 years. Although perhaps a little expensive. I have been living on coffee substitutes for a while; regular brewed coffee that my Hugin Coffee Machine has provided me with, and sometimes it has been instant coffee. But then an offer came from Central and I bought a Philips automatic coffee machine for a lot of money. But it, and the coffee it brews, are of the finest quality; it must be said, however, that if I pour in junk coffee, I cannot expect the machine to work wonders. There is a small cafe here in Cha Am at the fish market that serves really good coffee, and the barista leaves nothing to chance; I bought from him dark roasted Thai-grown Arabica beans that were roasted in Hua Hin. 200 baht for 250 grams, and it was really good coffee.
And there it came; 2 days after I ordered it from Central!
Exciting!
First cup, Espresso!
