Khao Chae. 

I have passed by here several times and sometimes bought something but never had Khao chae (โข้าวจีว) but today I did and it was very tasty. A stop here for some food is recommended.

It is a dish intended for hot summer days and originated in Phetchaburi, although there are variations in countries such as Myanmar. Click on the image below to get to a description of the dish.
