Adriana Gomez

About Me

My name is Adriana Gomez, and I am proud to be a Bilingual Literacy Resource Teacher at Hoover Community School! I earned my Bachelor's Degree and Teaching Credential from San Francisco State and my Reading Recovery Certification from St. Mary's College. Subsequently, I've spent my entire teaching career here at Hoover (21 years and counting). I've taught 1st, 2nd, and 4th bilingual classes, and now I'm a reading teacher.

I am very proud to be the mother of two beautiful daughters and married to an amazing husband. My hobbies include nice walks, hiking, running, watching movies, traveling, trying new restaurants, and spending time with my family. I am thrilled to be part of Hoover...let's have a great year!
