Introduction ツ
Hi, I'm Min Yuna. Since I was little I always like fashion and styling, so I have dreamed to wear an outfit like the anime characters I've watched. It's all started when I was 12, I tried to styling my hijab because I really want to try. After that, I realized the style I just did is looking like Yor from Spy x Family hair style. From that I told myself I want to cosplay, I want to make my childhood dream comes true, then I continue my cosplay journey.

Q1. "What is the 'vibe' or aesthetic of your hijab cosplay style?"
Minimalist, Modest, Tidiness
Q2. "What is your #1 'Hijab Hack' for new cosplayers?"
1. snowcap, to cover your hair tidily under your hijab so that even after a long day at event, your hair will not sticking out and hijab is more secure from any movement.
2. black or white inner neck, to prevent anyone from thinking that you don't cover your neck.
3. wudhu before makeup, when you're at event you'll not expect how long you'll be there, so if you already taking wudhu it will be easier to pray.
4. standby glove, at event you'll not expect if you accidentally bump with a guy or not, this was to prevent from touching muhrim.
Q3. "What does being a Hijab Cosplayer mean to you in being part of the Cosplay Community?"
My life saver and principle. I've wear my hijab since I was 9 because since I was a kid I realized how shameand embarrassing I was without my hijab. Not because I'm insecure with my hair but it's because of the education I received from childhood gave me awareness to not losing myself for the world enjoyment.
Q4. "Which character did you feel most 'yourself' in, and why?"
Komi Shouko (Komi Can't Communicate Series), because I'm an socially awkward person. I don't have a lot of friends no matter where I am. At home, at school, or even in the cosplay community itself it's hard for me to blend in the situation at the end I only feel disappointed. I only have myself so I will find away for myself to also enjoy it like other people.
Q5. " If you could change one thing about the current ACG community scenes to make it more enjoyable/inclusive, what would it be?"
"I’m so passionate about making sure our community stays a safe space for everyone to express themselves. Let's keep working on being kind and inclusive to all races so that no one feels left out. When we treat everyone equally, we can all just focus on what we love: Having fun and making great costumes together!"
