Introduction ツ
I was into anime back then, and I saw a poster about an anime event at my area. I was so enthusiastic about it and made my own cosplay which is Violet Evergarden. I'm so happy that time because I can take pictures with manh cosplayers. Then I become so excited to cosplay my favourite characters and dress up just like them. It's really boost my confidence more and can make friends with other cosplayer. My inspiration was Hakken, she's the first cosplayer that I adore even before I'm into cosplay. You guys can see me cosplay in my TikTok and Instagram account @/iansfia
Q1. "What is the 'vibe' or aesthetic of your hijab cosplay style?"
I don't really have specification in my cosplay style, you can refer my aesthetic to anything :)
Q2. "What is your #1 'Hijab Hack' for new cosplayers?"
Use square hijab (or in Malaysia we call it "Tudung Bawal"). It's a lot easier to style than Pashmina .. ? (or Tudung Shawl in Malaysia).
Q3. "What does being a Hijab Cosplayer mean to you in being part of the Cosplay Community?"
It feels welcomed, I can enjoy my hobby and practice my religious part equally 😊
Q4. "Which character did you feel most 'yourself' in, and why?"
Layla from Genshin Impact, because we both sleepyheads yet still ace in exams haha lol
Q5. " If you could change one thing about the current ACG community scenes to make it more enjoyable/inclusive, what would it be?"
To me, it would be welcoming all people no matter what size you are, what skin colour you are, or anything as long as you are not problematic and can enjoy ACG community well 😊
