You might know the things you need to do during the pandemic, like maintaining social distancing, wearing a mask, getting vaccinated, not going outside unless you really need to, etc, but what about the things you need to do after the pandemic?
If you're like me and have spent the past two years at home, you'll know the post pandemic "back-to-normal-society" is one heck of a workout. Here are some personal tips.

Re-ignite connections with old friends, acquaintances, connections which got weaker during pandemic isolation
Expand your comfort zone -make new friends, do new things
Start working out -when you stayed at home, my guess is you probably couldn't exercise much
Make a conscious effort to get involved in more things -extracurriculars and sports teams for example!
Pay attention to your own wellness -be careful to avoid burnout
Go at your own pace and make sure you feel comfortable
