ZenZone Artwork Policy

All users of the ZenZone who submit artwork to a gallery must abide by these policies or risk being permanently banned from submitting artwork to the ZenZone.

1. All work must be created by the person/team who submitted the work. Plagiarism is not tolerated

2. Submission to the gallery and selection for the Art Hall of Fame Contest is at judges' discretion, and all decisions are final

3.  Content cannot be explicit, defamatory, discriminatory, violent, or obscene in any way. 

4.  Content that endorses a company/brand does not have a blanket ban, but will be considered in a case-by-case basis. 

5.  Content submitted by panelists/judges will be included in the galleries, but will NOT be considered for the Hall of Fame Contest

6. On submitting an artwork to ZenZone, you therefore give ZenZone express permission to reproduce and distribute any artwork. However, ZenZone does not own the artwork, and said reproduction/distribution of the artwork will not occur without the consent of the original artist, and in accordance with copyright law and public domain works.
