Feeling a bit down and want a pick-me-up? Or you just want to relax and chill? Well, here is the perfect place you can do both! In the ZenZone Wellness section we have a vast variety of resources, from a collection of general advice, to customizeable wellness packages, to a collection of existing mental health resources, and more! We also have a community server about wellness!
Don't forget, just like every other part of the HelpWeb for Students, it is community run, which means anyone can add information to the website by filling in the forms in certain sections of the site! For example, in the article database, there is a form at the very bottom of the section where you can link to a relevant article you read and found interesting.
There's also a limited edition topic article/advice page posted every so often, when things change. Currently the topic is Post-Pandemic wellness
