Move out of your comfort zone-don't be afraid to make new friends
Participating in extracurricular activities outside of school like sports and teams and volunteer organizations not only improves your resume, but also improves your mental and emotional wellness, and can improve your physical wellness (especially if its a sports team), but also gives you more connections with new people, which could develop into friendships -improving your social wellness

A toxic connection is worse than no connection at all.
From time to time, evaluate the quality of your connections (friendships, etc). If they seem to be deteriorating, - reach out and make efforts to strengthen the connection. If the connection doesn't mend, you may have to accept that the friendship has run its course, and maybe it's time to move on and make new connections.
Keep watch of toxic relationships and gaslighting:
If you observe this behavior, tell the person who's doing it to stop -chances are, they may be doing this unintentionally (and you also may be unintentionally doing some of these behaviours as well, so keep active watch of that)
If they continue these behaviors, keep watch of that and make a plan to safely exist the toxic relationship, whether it be a friendship or _________
