“Each new friendship can make you a new person because it opens up new doors inside of you.” – Kate DiCamillo
Joining teams and clubs, extracurricular activities can help you open your social circle. So can joining volunteer organizations
Writing down your emotions and experiences can make them more concrete, especially if it was a situation which caused strong emotion and/or you had a hard time expressing your emotions then
Try writing things down in the moment, so you don't forget them.
If you read over your journal, you can see your progress over time, and see how you can improve yourself/fix your problems if you write them down.
If you can't do that, just do some deep breathing or calm your mind down by listening to soothing music
You can head over to the calming music section, or guided meditation section and maybe that'll help?
Meditation can assist in physical health as well, and may increase brain health/cognitive function
