You may be totally dependent on Google Workspace Admin for business. But if it starts showing errors like not sending emails, messages bouncing back, or delivery failures, it can disrupt your workflow and cause unnecessary delays.
Most Gmail errors in Google Workspace Admin stem from incorrect DNS settings, MX record issues, or temporary server-side glitches. But you can get them fixed with these basic troubleshooting methods:
Check Your Internet Connection
Restart the WiFi router or modem.
Try another Wi-Fi network (if possible).
Open Gmail in another browser or on a different device.
Clear Browser Cache and Cookies
Open your web browser and click the three dots in the top-right corner.
Select “Settings” from the list.
Click on the three lines at the top left, and choose “Privacy and security.”
Click on “Delete browsing data.”
Check cached images and files, cookies, and other site data.
Fix Incorrect MX Records
Sign in to your domain hosting provider.
Open the DNS Settings / DNS Management section.
Find the MX Records section, and check if the correct Google Workspace MX records are added.
Delete the wrong MX entries or add the official Google Workspace MX records.
Save the changes and wait for DNS to update.
Send a test email to confirm it’s working.
Check User Storage Space
Open the Admin Console.
Check the user’s storage usage to see how much space is currently in use.
If the storage is almost full, remove those unnecessary files or empty the Trash and Spam folders.
If additional storage is needed, upgrade the user’s Google Workspace storage plan through the Admin Console.
