Fix the 'Mail BTinternet Com Not Responding' Issue

Solution 1: Check Internet Connection

Firstly, select the Wi-Fi icon in the taskbar to open the  Wi-Fi settings.

After that, ensure that you have a stable network connection.

In addition, You need to try switching to a different  Wi-Fi connection.

Then, move ahead and sign into your BT Mail account.

Next, send yourself a test email and see if the issue is resolved.

Solution 2: Change the Password

First and foremost, access the web browser and navigate to the official BT mail login page.

After that, your ID and Password, and then click Log in to My BT.

Next, move to the Your Details tab once you've logged in.

Go down to Your BT ID Details section and click Edit Password.

Type the current password, create a new password, confirm the password, and click Next.

A confirmation notification will be sent once the password is updated successfully.

Solution 3: Clear Browser Cache & Cookies

Initially, open your web browser and click on the three consecutive dots in the top right corner of the screen.

Click on History, select the three dots next to History, and choose Clear Browsing Data.
