Early Bird Schedule
Early Bird classes meet at 7:00 to 7:50 am for all bell schedules (regular and early dismissal)
There will be NO early bird on these dates:
10/9 - Testing Day
10/10 - Alice Training
11/7 - DIP Day
1/30 - DIP Day
3/13- DIP Day
3/27 - Early Dismissal
4/15 - ACT
4/16 - ACT
1st Semester M-W-F: Jazz Ensemble, Jazz Band, Chamber Orchestra
1st Semester T-Th: Jazz Lab, Orchestra Winds & Percussion
2nd Semester M-W-F: Jazz Labs & Orchestra Winds & Percussion
2nd Semester T-Th: Jazz Ensemble, Jazz Band and Chamber Orchestra
Jazz Lab – no audition required, divided into small combos, open to all instruments
Jazz Band – by audition, limited to traditional big band instruments
Jazz Ensemble – by audition, limited to traditional big band instruments
Orchestra Winds & Percussion - for members of the band program who wish to be a part of the Symphony Orchestra and the Philharmonic Orchestra. Instruments included are flute, oboe, clarinet, bassoon, horn, trumpet, trombone, tuba, and percussion.
Chamber Orchestra - a course designed for highly advanced string instrument technique development. This class will enable students to perform music of the orchestral repertoire in a chamber orchestra setting.
