End-of-Level Goals:
By the end of Level 6: Pre-Lifeguarding, swimmers should be able to perform basic rescue techniques, demonstrate strong and efficient stroke approaches, tread water for extended periods, and swim confidently in both recreational and emergency situations. Graduates of this level are well-prepared to begin formal lifeguard training programs.
