Who it's for:
Level 3 is for swimmers who are comfortable swimming short distances on their own and are ready to strengthen their strokes, build endurance, and become more confident in deeper water.
What we focus on:
This level introduces more advanced technique work and deeper water challenges. Swimmers work on refining freestyle, learning new kicks and strokes, and practicing important survival skills like treading water and diving.

Freestyle refinement
Backstroke (Backcrawl) improvement
Whip Kick
Elementary Backstroke
Dolphin Kick & Dolphin Dives
Treading Water
Basic Diving Skills
Swimming full lengths of the pool
Continued focus on breath control, kicking technique, and body position
Each day includes instructor-led warm-ups, demonstrations, and technique drills. Swimmers also participate in creative games like Red Light, Green Light, Sharks & Minnows, and Biggest Splash Contests to make learning fun and interactive.
By the end of Level 3, swimmers will have learned how to:
✔️ Swim freestyle and backcrawl with improved technique
✔️ Perform elementary backstroke and dolphin kick
✔️ Swim longer distances confidently (widths and lengths of the pool)
✔️ Jump, dive, and tread water in the deep end
✔️ Show readiness for Level 4, where they’ll swim even farther and learn more advanced strokes
