Dynamic Virus Inactivation System - Indirect (Covered) line of sight
Refers to the treatment (filtration & irradiation) of on the Spot, breathed air, per person / per seat.
Why? The virus is airborne by attachment.
Dynamic conditioning of recirculated air, breathed by each seated person by Filtrating and Irradiating will:
a. Remove a huge portion of the airborne droplets, directing them away from others, preventing it from spreading across the table or to the surrounding area, and retaining them on the filters of the system.
b. Inactivate the viruses by altering their RNA so that they are no longer able to multiply.
How? Filtered & irradiated air is pushed towards the seated customer, carrying with it any droplets produced by them and drawn towards the back of the seated person into a treatment system, which by filtration and irradiation will return it back to the front of the customer, continuously repeating the cycle.
The filtering unit is composed of a series of filters, including a HEPA filter able to stop molecules down to a 1 micron, and a set of UVGI lamps, which inactivate the viruses on any molecules that were not stopes by the filters.
The system deals with the air volume breathed by each person, thus the air volume to be treated is small and thus the size and cost of the equipment will be small.
Action? Install Spot systems, depending on furniture shape, arrangement, and manufacturer’s instructions.
