How to use this page: 

1. Click on SIGN UP in red letters below, sign up will be available 2 - 3 weeks prior to the event.

2. Follow the sign up link below to add your NAME AND INDEX to a green box  (the link will open in a new window):

 The sheet will be available 2- 3 weeks prior to the event.  If you are unable to play, remove your name as soon as possible.  

IMPORTANT:  PLEASE DO NOT DELETE OTHER PLAYERS :) 

3. Close the sign up sheet and refresh this page to see the new sign up sheet.

4. Sign up will be removed from the website the Tuesday evening before the play date. Draw will be emailed to you by course rep no later than the Thursday prioir to play.

5.  There are 4 tee times available for each round, if the draw is oversubscribed the players with the lowest indexes will be given preference.  Indexes to be updated by course rep via the GolfCanada app prior to making the draw if the draw is oversubscribed.

AGM Oct 2016 - Players registered to play Zones, HE events (Island Challenge, Huntting Cup) Provincials Nationals and/or BCGA Zone 5 sanctioned events, get priority for tee times for those host courses played prior to these sanctioned tournaments.

The alternates will be added at the bottom of the draw, if a player has to cancel she must contact the course rep and the first alternate on the list to fill the vacancy.  A list of members email addresses is located on the Member List tab on the Sign Up sheet worksheet.
