Club Reps Information, Poster and Schedule

1. Print and place poster in locker room.  Poster can be downloaded from the bottom of this page.

2. 4 tee times available for each draw. If the draw is oversubscribed the players with the lowest indexes are given preference.  **Exception - AGM Oct 2016.  Players registered to play Zones, HE events (Island Challenge, Huntting Cup) Provincials, Nationals and/or BCGA Zone 5 sanctioned events, get priority for tee times for those host courses played prior to these sanctioned tournaments.

3. The Chair plays even if her index is above 15.0 and the draw is oversubscribed as well as at least one representative from the host club.

4. If the Chair is unavailabe to play then the Vice-Chair may play on behalf of the Chair.

5. On the Tuesday prior to play Penny will update the players indexes and email the sheet in order of indexes to the course rep.  

6. Pair Big Sister with Little Sister if requested to do so by either Penny or Cathy Clackson. 

7. One week prior to draw check with pro shop at club to ensure tee times are correct.  If needed request an extra tee time.  Email pro shop the draw.

8. Use the tracking sheet to make up the draw.  Inform Denise Walker after the round if there are any last minute changes as she will be updating the tracking sheet after each round.

9. Reserve a table for players in the dining area/bar.

10. Email draw to players no later than Thursday of the week prior to play.   Template is above.

11. If draw is not full call pro shop and cancel unnecessary tee time.

12. Foursomes go out first, followed by threesomes.

13. Yardage to be set at approx. 5400 yards and not to exceed 6000 yards.

14. If there are 2 games at your course then play alternate tees on second round if feasible and weather permits.  (i.e.:  green and then combo)

15.  Arrange for 2 kp's.  1 on front nine, 1 on back nine.

16. Buy balls from your pro shop.  Titelist Pro V's, Taylormade T5 and Callaway Chromesoft.   Send receipt to Harris-Erickson treasurer for reimbursement.

17. Help Chair with scoring and welcome Harris Erickson players to course.

18. Inform players of local rules prior to play and whether we are playing winter or summer rules.  

19. Personally thank your Pro for allowing us to play by giving the Head Proffesional a card signed by all Harris-Erickson players on the day of play.  Cards will be supplied by the Chair at the beginning of the season.
