Due to the limited time schedule Sir Chibi gave us powerpoint presentations for us to be able to learn more things about being an employee. One of which is the Employees and Employers rights and responsibilities.

As I study the powerpoint presentation sent by Sir Chibi, I learned that being an employee and an employer we have our end of each ropes. As an Employee we have our rights and responsibilities and as an Employers we have our obligations and expectations.

I learned that as an employee we must follow the company’s rules and embody its mission and vision, also as an employee it is a part of our responsibility to take good care of our well being, inform our employers if any instances that we might not be able to come to work.

Aside from this, An employee has it’s rights namely receiving a at least minimum wage, work no more that eight hours not including overtime and be provided proper uniform and equipment by our employer.

And as an Employer, It is a part of our obligations to provide equipment, training and uniform to our employees. 

On the other hand, As an employer we have to set an expectations to our employees such as being punctual, productive and reliable when it comes to work
