My experience in our mock interviews has taught me a lot of lessons. It's good to experience that because it allows me to practice and understand what and how I should do in my future interview. At first, I felt nervous, but as the interview went on, I started to feel more comfortable and confident in answering the questions.
One important lesson I learned is the value of preparation. Being able to introduce myself properly, highlight my strengths, and explain why I am suited for the job made a big impact. I also realized that factors like body language, eye contact, and the way I communicate play a crucial role in making a positive impression, even the posture on how you should sit and having a big smile while talking. Confidence and professionalism are just as important as having the right skills, and being well-prepared helps reduce nervousness. Practicing my answers and learning how to stay calm under pressure made me feel more ready for real job interviews.
I also received feedback on areas where I can improve, such as speaking more clearly, organizing my thoughts better, making the right impression and responding to questions with greater confidence. This helped me identify what I need to work on for future interviews and made me more aware of how I present myself. I realized that practicing my answers, improving my posture, and maintaining a calm and professional attitude can make a big difference in how I am perceived.
Overall, the mock interview was a really helpful experience. It made me more confident and improved the way I communicate. I now have a better idea of what to expect in a real interview and how to answer questions properly. I also learned how to act professionally and make a good impression. I will use what I learned to get better at interviews and prepare for future job opportunities.
