This reflection paper is where we share what we have learned, the lessons we gained, and the experiences we encountered during our work immersion subject. It is an opportunity for us to express our thoughts and perspectives, as well as to reflect on how this experience is shaping the direction of our future careers.

The Work Immersion subject provided us with a unique and invaluable opportunity to step into real-world professional environments, where we could apply the knowledge and skills we had gained in the classroom. Through this experience, we learned not only about the technical aspects of our chosen fields but also about the attitudes, behaviors, and skills required to succeed in a professional setting. It was an eye-opening experience that allowed us to gain a deeper understanding of what lies ahead in our future careers.

Throughout the work immersion, we developed various skills that are essential for our future careers. First and foremost, we gained a solid understanding of workplace etiquette—how to communicate professionally, respect deadlines, and follow organizational protocols. We realized that the knowledge we acquire in school is just the foundation; it’s the application of this knowledge in a real-world setting that truly matters. We learned how important it is to work collaboratively with others, manage tasks efficiently, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
