Ingredients for the recipe

1 cup oil

1 cup sugar

1 glass grape must

¾ of a glass orange juice

2 teaspoons baking soda

1 raki glass cognac or brandy (180 ml approx.)

1 teaspoon baking powder

2 tablespoons ground cinnamon and clove mix

1 kg flour

Recipe preparations

Beat the oil with the sugar and add the grape must, the soda dissolved in orange juice, the baking powder dissolved in brandy, the ground cinnamon and cloves, and the flour. 

Knead well, roll and shape the cookie dough in rings. 

Bake in a moderate oven.
