Cuttlefish or octopus with potatoes
Cuttlefish or octopus with potatoes
Ingredients for the recipe
1 kilo cuttlefish
1 cup olive oil
1 onion
1 bunch fennel
1 kilo potatoes
3-4 large tomatoes
Salt and pepper to taste
Recipe preparations
Clean and wash the cuttlefish or octopus and saute in olive oil with onions.
Then add the finely chopped fennel and pepper.
Cover them with 2-3 glasses of water and when nearly done add the finely chopped tomatoes, a little salt and potatoes cut into rounds.
Let them boil, until their broth is absorbed.
